How to connect with your spirit guides?

Our Spirit Guides are assigned to help us through our problems in earth, but they can't help you if you don't ask want to.

They are always waiting for you to connect with them, so they can help you.

Every human has a spirit guide, some say we have up to seven Spirit Guides but that is not for sure, what is for sure is that we have at least one spirit guide.

Some say Spirit Guides are animals, some say they are spirits how want to help us, and some say they are spirits of the dead people how doesn't yet want to reincarnate.

But either way, they are here to help us and we need their help. 

Ways To Connect With Your Spirit Guides

1.Acknowledge you are a spirit having a human experience. When you do this it shifts your energy and helps those in spirit to connect with you. Simple, but very effective, it puts you in a more sympathetic and receptive energy and not one that is separate.

2. Meditate for connecting with your Guides.

Meditate and relax yourself, then imagine your self in some place which you feel relaxed.

Then ask your Spirit Guides to meet you in there.

You will for sure feel their presence.

3. Communication is a two-way street! Imagine you are making a phone call to your guides. They can hear you but you can't hear them, so how do they know you can't hear them unless you tell them? Ask them to speak up, ask them to talk to you in one ear, ask them to touch you, ask them to show you a color representing their message, ask them what that color means, ask them to speak slower, repeat the message, come back at 10.00am tomorrow to reconnect, etc. They will accommodate your requests, but you do have to ask, they are learning too

4. Ask your guides to guide you. I began this letter by saying that I'd asked Alim what I should write about. Your guides are waiting to guide you, all you have to do is ask! When I asked Alim, I felt a desire to scan through my previous articles - so with my eyes closed, and my finger on my computer mouse, I moved through my documents folder and when I felt a "NOW" I stopped and opened my eyes. There highlighted on my computer screen was one of my articles about Working With Spirit. I looked through the article and understood what I needed to do

5. Ask clearly

Our spirit guides can guide us with anything from finding a car park to healing a broken heart, from experiencing more joy to finding the right job, from meeting your future partner to getting through your darkest hour, from finding the courage to step into your highest calling to letting go of the past. No request is too big or too small, too specific or too broad. But because we live in a world of free will, in order for them to step in, first we must ask.

6. Ask for a sign

Pick a particular object that you want to receive as a way of communicating with your guides. It could be anything from a symbol like a star or a red rose. The first time I did this I chose a peach feather. Within 60 minutes I found a peach feather on waiting for me on my front door.

7. Ask them to meet you in your dreams

Before going to sleep, simply ask them to meet you when your dreaming.
